Returns and Refunds

We want you to be pleased with your purchase from Queer Kitty. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your item and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Many items in the Queer Kitty shop are produced by print partners after an order is placed. Because of this, returns are not always possible, but we are happy to work with you if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because items are made to order, we cannot guarantee returns for reasons such as incorrect size or change of mind.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If an order is shipped to a country within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.

Because many Queer Kitty products are produced to order by print partners, returns may not always be possible. If you are located in the EU and wish to exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can review the request and determine the best resolution.
