Shipping FAQ

Why is shipping higher than expected?

Some items in the Queer Kitty shop are produced and shipped from different locations. Because of this, shipping costs are calculated separately for certain products and can add up when multiple items are ordered together.

We’ve worked to keep product prices as low as possible to help offset this. You can use the shipping estimator in your cart at any time to preview shipping costs as you shop.

Why did my items arrive separately?

Some products are made and shipped by different production partners, so items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically produced within a few days before shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $70. Some items may ship separately.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
